Originally from Ashland, KY, Ben has spent much of the last six years in and around Lexington. A graduate of Centre College in Danville, KY, Ben studied abroad a total of five times prior to earning his B.A. in Religion in 2012 (Italy and Vatican City, United Kingdom and Ireland, Israel and Jordan, Turkey & Mexico). After completing his Master of Theological Studies degree from Duke Divinity School, Ben came to the University of Kentucky seeking a career transition into Higher Education, where he now works as a Coordinator of Faculty-Directed Programming. His main responsibilities include developing and maintaining all UK Sponsored Programming, crafting brochure and budget spreadsheets for individual programs, and assisting with all phases of contract development and faculty training.
