The University of Kentucky International Center
Adult ESL classes that allow students to practice conversation and pronunciation. Participants will learn vocabulary, phrases and American slang. Join a class at any time. These classes are available to the University’s J-1 Visiting Scholars, J-2, F-2 and H-4 spouses. There will be social activities throughout the year. Classes are free.

The Semi-Intensive English Program at the Center for English as a Second Language (CESL)
The Semi-Intensive English course is intended to improve the general language skills of non-native speakers of English and will focus on listening, speaking, reading, and grammar. The cost of this course is $200.00 for six weeks, or a total of 30 hours of instruction.

BCTC Skills U (Adult Education)
The Bluegrass Community and Technical College Skills U (Adult Education) program provides a variety of English as a Second Language (ESL) classes. Pre-assessment and registration is required. The program is free for eligible participants.
