Bite of China
A Bite of China provides a hands-on learning and cultural experience for University of Kentucky students to explore Chinese cuisine! Each month, students learn how to make a different dish and a leave with a tasty treat. Each event is from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Lucille Caudill Little Fine Arts Library - Ground Floor.
The Confucius Institute is hosting a Bite of China on the following dates this semester:
- Bite of China: Dumplings on Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2020.
- Bite of China: Jianbing on Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2020.
- Bite of China: Peking Noodles on Wednesday, March 25, 2020.
- Bite of China: Grass Milk Tea on Wednesday, April 29, 2020.
