Korea University is one of the Korea's oldest, largest and top-ranked universities. Known as the "Ivy League" private university in the country, Korea University is a world-class institution featuring a dynamic educational environment, beautiful and conveniently-located campus, and top-quality student facilities. With a variety of courses in business, sciences, arts, humanities, social sciences, applied sciences, and even more specialized fields, you will have the opportunity to take courses for your major, minor, and general education requirements. All courses are taught in English by local and international faculty, with the exception of the Korean language course. No Korean language experience is required to participate. Spend a semester at one of Europe’s 9 leading universities participating in a professional academic research project and learning the culture of your host country. The program offers opportunities at 9 universities in five different countries in mainland Europe, including Belgium, Finland, Germany, The Netherlands, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Choose from a variety of summer research programs available through Arcadia and their international partner institutions in Australia, England, Spain, Ireland and Scotland. Whatever your research interest, Arcadia will help you find the program that best fits your needs. Over the course of the summer, students will participate as active members of a research group, develop research goals, and build an experimental strategy to achieve these goals. Through this experience, students will explore hypothesis-driven research, investigate the role of literature exploration in the development of the research hypothesis and research plan, learn to work collaboratively with other group members, and present and write about their research in an intelligent thought provoking manner.

This virtual Global Semester program gives you the opportunity to register for a minimum of one and a maximum of four online courses at Massey. Registering for four online courses means you are participating on this program in full-time status. You can also register for 1-3 online courses at Massey while also registering for courses at UK.
