China Research: Social Media, Social Distance, and Memoryscapes

Learn about geography and China at this week’s Geography Colloquium presentation by Dr. Stan Brunn,"China Research: Social Media, Social Distance, and Memoryscapes.” As a Visiting Professor at Yunnan Normal University in Kunming, China during the 2013-2014 academic year, Dr. Brunn collaborated on research projects with colleagues and students in China. Dr. Brunn will discuss these projects and lead a discussion about geography and China. The event takes place Friday, October 10 at 3:30 pm in 238 Whitehall Classroom Building.
