China in my Lens Photo Contest Submission Form

Each year, the University of Kentucky Office of China Initiatives invites UK students, visiting scholars, and UK faculty & staff to participate in the China in My Lens photography competition.

A review committee selects one first prize, one second prize, and one third prize winner from each group. Individuals submitting pieces to OCI are authorizing OCI and UK to make unlimited, unrestricted use of their photographs for promotional purposes.

2021 China In My Lens Competition Theme: China In My Daily Life

Criteria of Photo Submissions:

  1. Contestants must be a current University of Kentucky undergraduate, graduate student, visiting scholar or faculty and staff. 
  2. Photos must follow this year's theme: "China in My Daily Life." Photos could be anything that resembles a slice of China in your daily life; this could be anything from architecture, art, food, people, or more.
  3. Photos must be original work taken in 2021. Each participant can submit two original photographs.
  4. Submissions must include a title and a short description. All entries must have a photo-pixel count that is no lower than 300 dpi to guarantee professional quality.
