The HSK is a standardized international Chinese language proficiency test for assessing non-native Chinese speakers' competence in the Chinese language for the purposes of academic pursuit and Chinese language use in daily and working environments. It consists of a written test and an oral test. The written test is divided into six levels--HSK (level I), HSK (level II), HSK (level III), HSK (level IV), HSK (level V), and HSK (level VI). The HSK speaking test is divided into three levels-- Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Level. During the HSK speaking test, test takers’ speeches will be recorded.

You can read Chinese newspapers and magazines, watch Chinese films and TVs, and can write and deliver a full speech. You need to know 2500+ Words and 1500 Characters.
You can easily understand what you read and hear, and express yourself smoothly in written and oral Chinese. You need to know 5000+ Words and 2500 Characters.
