There is no limit on the number of applications for the International Chinese Teacher Certificate. Candidates can apply for the test at different times. The written test is valid for 2 years, and the interview test can be taken within the validity period. After completing the payment of the test fee, candidates cannot change the test time and test location. Yes. If you live in a country where there are no testing sites currently offering the CTCSOL/ICTC Exam, then you are permitted to take the exam with a U.S. Testing Site either remotely or in person. 

Candidates who have not paid the fee and need to modify the registration location can log in to the personal information center to delete the test record and register again.
Candidates who have already paid the fees cannot change the test time and test location, and the test fee will not be refunded if they withdraw from the test.
