Will Arnold

H-1B Immigration Specialist

Will has been a member of the UK International Center since 2005. With a strong background encompassing US immigration, airline management, DHS, and U.S. Customs & Border Protection, his career is distinguished by a wealth of experience. Since 2012, he has served as the H-1B advisor, providing guidance to colleges in their sponsorship of international faculty and researchers. His responsibilities extend to overseeing Department of Labor audit files and maintaining close collaboration with UK HR to ensure regulatory compliance. Will holds degrees from the University of Kentucky in Russian and East Asian cultural studies, as well as from St. Petersburg State University in Russia. His past experience in student advising, notably in F-1 student visas and J-1 visas, complements his work involving H-1B authorization and Permanent Foreign Labor Certification for teaching faculty. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking and being with his family, playing classical guitar, and classic Tabletop RPG gaming with friends.  And dogs.  Lots of them.
