Academic Advisors
Review student Course Carts and provide feedback on if and how EA courses apply to the student's UK degree plan.

Director of Undergraduate Studies
Directors of Undergraduate Study, or designated Approving Officials, will use CEMS to:
- Review Course Equivalency Requests
- Assign UK equivalent credit (if applicable) and determine how long the equivalency will be valid for (1, 3, or 5 years).
Once an ea course is reviewed and equated by the Director of Undergraduate Studies, the course will appear in the Course Equivalency database.
