The Course Equivalency Database is the record of education abroad courses that have been evaluated for University of Kentucky credit. Students earning transfer credit for courses on Partner, Exchange, and Direct programs will use this system to search for pre-equated courses, request equivalencies for courses, and plan their course list for their ea program. For more information on how to use the Course Equivalency Database, click on your role below.
You will use Course Approval to:
- Search the database for courses already pre-equated for UK credit on UK EA partner, exchange, and direct programs.
- Request an equivalency for an EA course that is not yet pre-approved in the database.
- Create a course list for the classes you plan to take abroad and share your planned schedule with your Academic Advisor for feedback on how the courses apply to your UK degree audit.
