Orientation
Orientation is a fantastic time to get to know your fellow international students and learn more about life at UK. After arriving on campus, you will participate in social gatherings and information sessions that will help you be successful as a student at the University of Kentucky.
*International Student Services is located at 160 Patterson Drive at the lower-level side entrance of the Lucille C. Little Fine Arts Library. Look for the red pillars outside!

Sunday, August 16
- All Day: Arrival Date for New Students
- 4:00-6:00 PM: Welcome Dinner – International Student Services / Fine Arts Courtyard*
Monday, August 17
- 11:00 AM: Current Student Panel - International Student Services*
- 12:00 PM: Campus Tour – Depart from International Student Services*
- 12:30 PM: Lunch – International Student Services*
- 6:00-7:30 PM: Wildcat Cup (outdoor sports & games) – Blazer Hall Courtyard
Tuesday, August 18
- 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM: International Big Blue Nation Orientation (BBNO) Day 1 – location to be announced
- 4:00 – 6:00 PM: Ice Cream Social – International Student Services / Fine Arts Courtyard*
Wednesday, August 19
- 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM: International BBNO Day 2 – location to be announced
